With the trade deadline looming, the Detroit Red Wings made a pair of roster moves…with the Griffins.
The Wings have recalled goaltender Harri Sateri from Grand Rapids, while also assigning Christoffer Ehn to the AHL club.
According to the Wings, the call-up is because Jimmy Howard has the flu.
Jimmy Howard has the flu, per Blashill. Harri Sateri will be called up from Grand Rapids to back up Bernier tonight.

Of course, Howard has long been rumored to be on the trading block – the NHL trade deadline is Monday.
Sateri, signed as a free agent by the Wings this past summer, has played in 30 games with the Griffins, recording an 18-9-3 record, a 2.79 goals-against average and .902 save percentage.
