The Flint Firebirds and Saginaw Spirit are keeping things close to home for the preseason.
On Friday, Sept. 15, the two in-state rivals will play at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw at 7 p.m.
The next day, the two teams will play at Flint Iceland Arenas, the practice facility of the Firebirds. That game will also start at 7 p.m.
