Check out MiHockey’s photos from the inaugural BioSteel All-American Game, which featured USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program Under-18 Team and an all-star group from the USHL in a showcase for the top 2020 NHL Draft-eligible players in the country. Team Knuble (the NTDP U18 Team) beat Team Gomez (the USHL all-star team) 6-1 in the contest, with Brett Berard, Ty Smilanic, Tyler Kleven, Luke Tuch, Hunter Strand and Jacob Truscott (Port Huron) all scoring for the winning team. Alex Laferriere scored the lone goal for the USHL team, with Muskegon Lumberjacks star Alex Gaffney and Michigan Tech commit Carson Bantle recording the assists. Novi native Aidan McCarthy made 16 saves for the USHL team; Ferris State commit Logan Stein made 12. For the NTDP, Drew Commesso made 10 saves, and Noah Grannan made 13.
