Trevor Adams had a big Halloween, and it had nothing to do with trick-or-treating.
The Muskegon native announced his commitment to Union College on Oct. 31.
“I decided to commit to Union because of their storied hockey program and academics,” he told MiHockey. “The campus really has a community feel and I loved that about Union. I am so excited to be heading there next year!”
Adams was previously committed to Air Force.
A Fox Motors product, Adams is in the midst of his third season in the BCHL. After two full seasons with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, he was traded to the West Kelowna Warriors after three games this season.
In 16 games with his new team, he has eight points and 27 penalty minutes.
“Trevor adds veteran experience to our group,” Warriors head coach and general manager Brandon West said at the time of the trade. “He’s a tenacious player that can contribute to our offense with his skill. We’re excited to add Trevor to our line-up.”
