Vincent Salice is going to be a Buckeye.
The Oakland Jr. Grizzlies 16U forward has announced his commitment to Ohio State University.
A Commerce Township native, Salice is in the midst of his first season with OJG after skating for Little Caesars last season. He helped LC win an International Silver Stick title in Port Huron, and he was one of the Michigan natives invited to the USA Hockey Select 15 Camp last summer.
This year, Salice has recorded 37 points in 50 games with the OJG 16U squad.
Salice was previously committed to Vermont.
Another good day to be a Grizzly! Congrats @vincentsalice on your commitment to @OhioStateMHKY #GrizzGang #Culture #AnotherOneComingThisWeek pic.twitter.com/RLoKZ1rs1d
