The Michigan State Spartans have dropped their 2018-19 hockey schedule.
Here are some of the highlights for the Spartans’ upcoming campaign – the team’s second year under head coach Danton Cole.
The Spartans will begin with an exhibition contest against the University of Windsor on Sunday, Oct. 7 at Munn Ice Arena.
MSU’s first NCAA games will be against Northern Michigan; a pair of contests at Munn on Friday, Oct. 12 and Saturday, Oct. 13.
Michigan State’s first road trip will be to Cornell on Oct. 26-27.
Ferris State and Michigan State will take part in a home-and-home on Nov. 2-3 – first in East Lansing, then in Big Rapids.
The Spartans will travel to Tempe, Ariz., for a pair of games with Arizona State on Nov. 9-10.
Big Ten play begins on Nov. 16-17 when the Spartans host Notre Dame.
USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program travels to East Lansing on Dec. 15.
