Last year, we told the story of former 16U Rochester Rattlers player and De La Salle student Joey Gangola who was fighting Acute Childhood Leukemia.
The #JoeyStrong charity game, held at the Onyx Ice Arena in Rochester, raised more than $18,000 for Gangola. However, he still needs support from the hockey community.
To help Joey and his family offset the healthcare costs, there is a pasta dinner being held on Nov. 29 at Petruzzello’s Banquet and Conference Center in Troy.
Tickets for the dinner can be purchased in advance through Nov. 25 for $20 by either purchasing online here or by mailing cash/check made out to:
