The Pittsburgh Penguins have added another Michigan native to the roster, as the club has signed Matt Hunwick.
The University of Michigan and NTDP alum has signed a three-year deal with the defending Stanley Cup champions.

A native of Warren, Hunwick spent the last two seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Last season, he recorded one goal and 18 assists in 72 games with the Leafs.
Originally a seventh-round pick of Boston, Hunwick has suited up for the Bruins, Avalanche, Rangers and Leafs during his 11 NHL seasons.
