Thursday marked the start of the 2016 High School Hockey Excellence Program, hosted by the Michigan High School Hockey Coaches’ Association at the Arctic Coliseum in Chelsea. The four-day camp – directed by USA Hockey ADM regional manager Bob Mancini and Don Wright, head coach of Chelsea High School’s hockey program and former president of the MHSHCA – puts participants through on and off-ice training and a series of games to help them grow as hockey players, and help them take the next step in their hockey career.
