A new crop of skilled Michigan youngsters are hearing their names called by United States Hockey League clubs Monday night during the league’s Phase 1 Draft at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth.

Three Michigan natives have already committed to USHL programs, which count as the first-round pick for the respective teams. Those players are listed below, prior to the teams’ actual draft announcements.
On Tuesday, the USHL selection process will continue with the league’s Phase 2 Draft, which is open to all players age-eligible for junior hockey.
