Wings take on those Predators tonight.
Detroit visits Nashville tonight in a Central Division clash. It’s the first trip back to his old barn for Jordin Tootoo after he left Nashville for Hockeytown during the off-season. Jonas Gustavsson has returned to the Wings’ locker room, but since they’ve had a bit of a breather, there’s a pretty good chance we’ll see Jimmy Howard between the pipes.
The Free Press is reporting that Johan Franzen and Brendan Smith are close to returning…that would be a big lift for the Wings.
The latest high school hockey rankings are out, with Novi/Detroit Catholic Central taking the top spot in Division 1.
