The Detroit Red Wings announced a late-night trade following their 5-1 loss to the New York Rangers.
Detroit has acquired forward Robby Fabbri from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for forward Jacob De La Rose.
Fabbri, 23, has appeared in 164 NHL games, all with St. Louis and has posted 73 points (32-41-73).
Following a 37-point rookie year, the Blues’ 2014 first-round pick played just 83 games played over the next three seasons, including missing the entire 2017-18 campaign due to knee injuries.
