The Western Collegiate Hockey Association has released its schedule for the 2019-20 campaign.
Which, of course, means schedules for our four Michigan schools in the conference: Ferris State, Northern Michigan, Lake Superior State and Michigan Tech.
Here’s a breakdown of the all-Michigan match-ups and some other highlighted games to keep an eye on:
Oct. 4 – Michigan Tech at Robert Morris (MTU season opener)
Oct. 5 – Merrimack at Lake Superior State (LSSU home, season opener)
Oct. 5 – Northern Michigan at USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program Under-18 Team (NMU season opener)
Oct. 6 – Waterloo at Ferris State (FSU home, season opener)
Oct. 9 – US NTDP U-18 Team at Ferris State
Oct. 11 – Alaska at Michigan Tech (MTU home opener, first conference game)
Oct. 11-12 – Michigan State at Northern Michigan (NMU home opener)
Oct. 12-13 – Denver at Lake Superior State
Oct. 18-19 – Lake Superior State at Michigan
Oct. 18-19 – Northern Michigan at Boston University
Oct. 25-26 – Northern Michigan at Ferris State
Oct. 25-26 – Lake Superior State at Notre Dame
