On Dec. 30, the Muskegon Lumberjacks traveled to Plymouth to take on USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program Under-17 Team. NTDP defenseman and Michigan commit Quinn Hughes led his team’s come-from-behind 7-4 victory by scoring an impressive four goals in the contest. His four-goal outing tied the NTDP single-game record set by Peter Mueller and James van Riemsdyk, and tied the USHL record as well. The game was also ‘Superhero Day’ at USA Hockey Arena.
