TSN is reporting that there might be a big change coming to the NHL All-Star Game structure.
According to hockey insider Darren Dreger, the league may replace their traditional all-star game with a mini tournament featuring three-on-three games.
Three-on-three hockey is one of the hot topics in hockey at the moment already, as the NHL has made overtime a five-minute three-on-three period.
Dreger’s report says the NHL Players’ Association could endorse the change “as early as next week.”
