The Big Ten announced their players of the week today, and one Michigan resident cracked the list.
University of Michigan forward Tyler Motte was named the league’s second star, after the St. Clair native racked up four assists in the Wolverines’ 8-3 thrashing of rival Ohio State.
Motte, who has been invited to the U.S. World Juniors camp, has five goals and nine assists for 14 points in 14 games this season.
