The Big Ten announced their stars of the week today, and two players currently calling Michigan home were on the list.

First star of the week went to Michigan State forward Matt Berry. The Canton native – a senior forward for MSU – recorded four goals and two assists during the Spartans’ weekend split with Massachusetts. Berry has eight goals in his last six games.

Meanwhile, third star of the week went to Michigan goaltender Steve Racine. The junior netminder from Williamsville, N.Y., stopped 31 of the 32 shots he faced Saturday night to lead the Wolverines to their first win of the 2014-15 season. Racine stopped all 16 shots he faced in the third period to help Michigan defeat New Hampshire and split the weekend series.
