USA Hockey announced their National Team Development Program Under-17 roster and schedule today, and there’s plenty to be excited about for the Ann Arbor-based organization.
There are four Michigan natives on the U17 roster this season, along with a few other Michigan connections. Here is a look at the names to keep an eye on for this upcoming year:

The Under-17 Team will begin their season on Sept. 6 when they take on the Michigan Warriors at Flint Iceland Arenas. Their first home game will be on Friday, Sept. 12, when they welcome USHL foe Muskegon to the Ann Arbor Ice Cube.
On Saturday, Sept. 20, the NTDP U17s will travel to St. Mary’s Athletic Complex for a game against the LaSalle Vipers (Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League).
Other games of note include contests against Minnesota Elite League opponents on Saturday, Oct. 11 and Sunday, Oct. 12 in Minnesota, and a game with top NAHL prospects on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at the Cube.
