The University of Michigan, along with the rest of the Big Ten Conference, released a 28-game television schedule yesterday.
The Wolverines will appear on a variety of networks during the inaugural Big Ten season. Fox Sports Detroit (and Fox Sports Detroit Plus) will carry 11 Michigan contests, the Big Ten Network will carry eight games, Comcast will carry five games, ESPN’s networks will carry two games, and CBS College Sports and Fox Sports North will carry one game apiece.
Notable contests on TV include the Wolverines’ opener against Waterloo on Oct. 6, the first B1G game against Ohio State on Nov. 29, the Wolverines’ exhibition game against the NTDP U18 team on Dec. 5, and the showdowns between in-state rival Michigan State on Jan. 24, Jan. 25, March 7 and March 8.
