Spartans beat Buckeyes in first night of B1G season
Thursday marked the first night of conference play for the Big Ten’s member clubs, and Michigan State started things off with a 3-1 win on the road at Ohio State. Villiam Haag, Matt Berry (Canton) and Brent Darnell (Canton) scored for the Spartans, while Jake Hildebrand stopped 34 shots from the Buckeyes.
